It was a cyst!
Yay!
Tom got the all-clear!
It wasn't cancer, just a sebaceous cyst that had grown inside his neck and was putting pressure on his spinal column. The doctor drained the puss out of it and now Tom's OK again. :)))
He has to go back for a check-up in three months. Must remember to go with him.

oh my, when i saw tom's name and read that he wat in the hospital i thought it was ol' nook having some problems... He just works all day, i was very worried, but now im reliefed that i was not with my tom nook and your tom cat friend is well...

I have a Tom now too....he said he had cancer but it wasn't true. He was rushed into my hospital and they said he was ok.
glad he is ok i thought for sure it would be a R.I.P!
